The Airvane AV4000S Screw Compressor Lubricant Oil is specially manufactured for The ace Group by FUCHS / AC 2000V.

Airvane  AV4000S is a premium quality air compressor oil formulated from highly refined mineral oil and incorporating advanced additives that minimise product oxidation, deposit formation, foaming and reclaimer blocking to give performance to a level which meets the specifications of many leading OEMs.

Application

Specially formulated to give “4000 hour” fluid life in rotary screw compressors and developed to meet the OEM requirements for screw compressors to give long compressor running life when a fluid of this viscosity is recommended.
AV4000S is suitable for use in industrial compressors, train brake compressors, vehicle mounted and portable road breaking
compressors.
The product is a stable formula designed to retain high performance characteristics throughout use in continuous operation and under intermittent use.
