At The ACE Group we believe customer satisfaction to be a tangible measure of our success within the industry. All our departments work in unity with the same core values at their centre whether it be our Parts Team, our Compressed Air Team or our Air Conditioning Division.

ACE strives to deliver a high standard of service every time and this mantra is shared by our industry leading suppliers who enable us to provide the highest quality products to our customers.

Our success is also supported by industry-recognised accreditation’s in Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Management, which we achieve year on year, setting the bar high. As part of our internal management systems we are always looking to continually improve our service for our customers.

Not a single breakdown…

Our Aftermarket Department has had some great success over the Christmas period with not a single breakdown amongst our vast customer base! In real terms that’s over 10,000 units.
